Our breath is always with us. This seems an obvious thing to say but how often do we notice it?
Mindful breathing can help us find out what we are thinking, feeling and doing without having to change a single thing. The breath comes into our body and out again, in and out, in and out.
Sometimes our breathing changes. It might be quick, slow, even, shallow or deep. We may breathe from our chest or from our abdomen.
But one thing's for sure - there are no thoughts where we breathe. Only the breath. It's always with us.
