Food for thought
We don't always find time and space to consider what we're doing well, where we're going or might like to go and how we're going to get there.
But taking ourselves on a 'picnic' is one way to start thinking about this and also celebrating our part in bringing good things in to our lives.
This might be small things or grand designs. Reflecting non-judgmentally and with kindness on our circumstances is a great way to begin. Making plans and setting achievable goals for the future can also be done while enjoying a 'picnic'.
